So sad... our sweet little nephew Preston has been whisked away from us. His parents have become infatuated by the siren song of a little company called Google. Fortunately, it's an internship, but unfortunately, internships often lead to jobs, especially when there's an older brother named John lurking in this process...
We'll miss you guys! Dan, Hailey, and Preston have been our lifesavers, our sanity, our humor, our one source of reliably good meals, and our strength. Find within yourselves the desire to take a job here, Dan. It really could be a good life, right?

I feel for you guys, Nate and Jenny. While we're on the other side of the country, eagerly anticipating their arrival, you guys are being left with a void. It feels selfish for us to 'take them away from you', but in reality, Dan was headed for the stars anyway and we're all just getting out of his way. We'll take good care of them for you this summer and you'll get them back in good condition for the next school year. We love you guys.

You know, after making that heinous drive across country over the past couple days, staying in Philly is looking better and better! We love you guys too and will definitely miss you guys.

You know Google's building some offices in Ann Arbor. Who knows, maybe you'll have 2 couple to come and visit... : )
Hey! So we're still in Corolla 'til Saturday! We're staying in the Pine Island subdivision, Robins' Nest. Really when you're in the Outer Banks it's about the pool and the beach- other than that, not lots to do but I'm not kidding when I say it's one of my favorite places to visit.
